(Basil Cocktail only) Bruise basil and put into a cocktail shaker with a couple strawberries yoinked from the simple syrup & muddle together. 2. Add simple syrup, lime juice & tequila to shaker.  3. Add ice 4. Shake until chilled 5. Strain into an ice-filled glass.  6. Garnish with fresh slices of strawberry and sprigs of thyme or basil Simple Syrup Ingredients * 1 cup sugar * 1 cup water * 8 oz Fresh strawberries, hulled & quartered * 3-4 sprigs of thyme Directions 1. Combine sugar, water, strawberries and thyme (if using) in a small saucepan  2. Bring to a simmer over med-low heat and cook 10-15 minutes until sugar has dissolved & strawberries have softened.  3. Remove from heat and cool for 20-30 minutes 4. TBN Cocktail (Energy: Abundance, love/self-love, protection, healing) Ingredients * 60 ml Gin * 30 ml Rose syrup * 30 ml Lemon juice * 1 Egg white * ⅛ tsp Beet root for color * Espumante Directions 1. Add all ingredients except Espumante to cocktail shaker and shake for 30 seconds.  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 20-30 seconds.  3. Strain into coupe glass  4. Top SLOWLY with Espumante. Bergamot Old Fashioned (Energy: prosperity, self-confidence, joy) Ingredients: * 2 oz Bourbon  * ½ - 1 oz Earl Grey syrup* (to taste) * 2 dashes orange bitters Garnish: Orange peel and maraschino Cherry  Directions: 1. Add all ingredients to a rocks glass filled with ice. 2. Give it a stir. 3. Express (squeeze) the orange peel over the top of the glass, rub it along the rim, and drop it into the drink. Add cherry (or two). *Earl Grey Syrup: Combine 1 cup hot water and 1 cup sugar and stir until dissolved. Drop in 2 Earl Grey tea bags while still hot. Allow to cool. Cap and store in fridge. (You can leave the tea bags in for 24 hours to get max results). Empress Gin French 75 (Energy: Protection, Divination, Renewal, Love, Luck, and Celebration) Ingredients: * 60 mL (2 oz) Empress gin (or English dry made purple with butterfly pea flowers)  * 30 mL (1 oz) simple syrup * 30 mL (1 oz)  lemon juice * Espumante (or bubbles of your choice)  Directions: 1. Add gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. 2. Shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is cold - about 20 seconds. 3. Strain the cocktail into a couple glass. 4.
