As the CEO and founder of Colada Shop and Serenata, and co-founder of the Michelin-starred Bresca, Daniella’s passion for culinary excellence began at just 13, when she launched a successful catering business from her home in the Dominican Republic. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and a Certified Sommelier, she has cooked in some of the USA’s top kitchens.
