This time the choices are albums by women, with the albums discussed being: Big Science (1982) by Laurie Anderson), Burning Farm (1983) by Shonen Knife and Charm (2024) by Clairo.

Women? More like woo man, we've got some good choices for you, all directed by women, including our recent feature pick. They are as follows: Billie Eilish — Hit Me Hard and Soft: The Tour (Live in 3D) (2026, dir. James Cameron, Billie Eilish), One Way or Another (1975, dir. One-Hit April

Sometimes once is enough. That’s what someone should have told us after we released our first episode. Alas, here we are with One Hit April, where the guys discuss films by directors who only got in the chair once. As well as recent release The Drama (2026, dir. Kristoffer Borgli), the films discussed are Wanda (1970, dir. Barbara Loden), Street Trash (1987, dir. J. Michael Muro) and Mystery Men (1999, Kinka Usher). In the spirit of the theme and for no other reason whatsoever, we are only releasing one episode for April.

Oscars Recap

Did we get ya? Did you get April Fooled? Hopefully, we didn't let you wait too long for the actual B-Side episode, wherein the guys recap and review the 2025-2026 award season, which culminated in the 98th Academy Awards. The guys go category by category, commenting on the winners, the nominees and other films they had seen, which might have been deserving of awards. They also touch on whether ties are allowed and pitch a new category, best minor role.

The Umbara arc

In this episode, the guys discuss one of the most highly regarded Clone Wars arcs, the Umbara arc. The arc follows all of our favourite clones of the 501st legion, as they have to contend with the harsh conditions of the planet Umbara, under the leadership of harsh Jedi Master Pong Krell. As always, the episode features our humble Nerf Osian's first reactions to this arc; meanwhile, James reflects on the first time he watched it, almost a decade ago.
