Check your motive. 2. Check your story. 3. Share your motive. 4. Share your story. 5. Listen to their story. 6. Own your part (even if it’s just 1%). 7. Ask for what you need. 8. Take action and follow-up. Because it’s not about being right—it’s about getting it right together.

And what does it mean for right now?
