Welcome! This is my first ever podcast!!! The journey beings right here in this present moment, grateful you beautiful soul are here to share it with me. This episode is all about the character in which eye am; Kaden. A very brief dive into the recent times that have led me here creating a podcast. My intentions for Cosmic Vibes is to elevate your mind, and to express my truth. Finding other people online expressing their truth and them sharing what they have learned, completely shifted my life. I am forever grateful to Aaron Doughty, Pleiiiades and many more for helping me begin to dive inward and identify the beliefs and behaviors that were no longer serving me. Some episodes that will be coming soon are ones about mediation, yoga, daily routine, exercise, diet, mindsets, limiting beliefs, addiction and mental health, just to name a few. I am constantly learning more and more everyday and a lot of the knowledge I am and have gained is from other peoples experiences. So now I am sharing my experiences with you.
