Ever had a panic attack or felt overwhelmed to the point of breakdown? In this episode, I share my higher self’s take on why fear is actually a rite of passage. I chat about my experience of confronting fear, and instead of giving up, moving through it. We ground to ease anxiety and take a couple of deep breaths together to reset the nervous system. Fear is not easy, but it’s a part the human experience. Here we go.
