In this episode, Isaac begins by discussing the enormous gap in time since the last episode, overcoming adversities throughout his life, his mental health journey and his thoughts for the future of the podcast.After recording this, Since the last episode, much has happened. I graduated with my bachelor's degree (finally after nearly 5 years of half-time classes) (not discussed in this episode) which is part of the reason why it has been so long since the last episode. I realized that there was more to say on what finally motivated me to start therapy. I will talk about this more in future episodes. 1. Talk about getting here, divorce, early life 2.
