Interview with Jamie

In our first episode, we interview Jamie. He self-directs his services and has been through some recent changes in his service world. He shared with us his experiences with hiring his employee, losing his coordinator of community services and the retirement of his long term Support Broker. Please note that there may be jumps in the audio because a) I'm not experienced enough to have smoother transitions and b) I removed the names of providers.
