Do It To It
We constantly talk about our relationships — what we want out of them, what’s bothering us, and how these connections make us feel. On the flip-side, we must also consider our position in these relationships. In this episode, we examine the relationships around us, both current and past, and how they have impacted us and made us feel. We dive into an honest discussion encompassing toxic relationships and their detrimental effects which propel us to chase validation. We pose two questions while identifying these trends: who are we seeking this validation from? and why? Topics: attention seeking mindset, breeding of toxicity, mindfulness in mindsets, one-sided friendships, confronationas, vulnerability, and dependency.
