D.O.B talks with SEPTEMBER founder Erika Togashi, a designer from New York City with a love and passion for surfing.  Erika shares her inspiration, the ups and down of starting a brand from scratch, and some of the amazing collaborations she's having as the brand grows. SEPTEMBER  swimsuits are designed for functionality and durability with a focus on fit, color, & quality.  Sustainability is at the core of SEPTEMBER. They run small batch production at a female owned factory in Bali. Their swimsuits are hand-made using signature luxury recycled fabrics, supporting the vision of a circular fashion industry.

D.O.B talks with Oxana De Castro, the Founder and Creative Director of FOXYLAB NY. FOXYLAB NY introduces art into fashion. Focused on creating streetwear fashion, their mission is to support artists and make real art wearable, while putting sustainability at the center of their production practices. Their urban aesthetic comes through in relaxed and oversized silhouettes, reflecting a form of wearable art and street culture attitude. Unisex pieces add fluidity of genders. FOXYLAB NY gives back 10% of all sales to the Free Arts NYC organization that empowers underserved youth through art.
