When it's good, it's really good.

This episode is just another look into what makes us who we are. I actually saw a therapist yesterday! I know, I know, you all thought I must have already been seeing a therapist. I haven't, but I am now! It is amazing how speaking to someone outside your circle can make such a difference. Not that I have a circle, however, I do hope to one day. Thank you for being here, and I want you to know that you are not alone.

I am here to open the conversation about mental illness and everyday people. The topic of mental illness seems to make people very uncomfortable.  Why? I guess because the minute someone hears these two words put together, they automatically think"crazy." We are far from it. Being depressed doesn't always stem from childhood trauma. But, sometimes it does. We can hide it well, most of us. We want answers that nobody seems to have, except to medicate. But what got us here? Please join me help me find some answers.
