Susan is a finance and investments professional, personal finance coach, and certified life coach. She is the founder of The Legacy Hub KE, a platform equipping individuals with tools for financial freedom, business growth, and personal development. Her passion for financial coaching was born from her own journey of overcoming job loss, debt, and the realities of black tax and generational poverty. Today, she is debt-free, with a strong investment portfolio, and runs her coaching company full-time. Susan speaks with authenticity, teaching from lived experience, and is committed to helping others embrace practical money management and transform their financial futures. In this episode, Susan shares her wisdom on finances and stewardship from a biblical lens, shaped by seasons of job loss, unemployment, debt, and her financial background which became pivotal to her walking in her passion. Yvette Ondachi is a distinguished Kenyan entrepreneur and business leader with over two decades of experience spanning pharmaceutical sales, marketing, supply chain management, and entrepreneurship. She currently serves as the East Africa Regional Director for Sinapis Group, a Nairobi-faith based organization dedicated to equipping entrepreneurs with business training and mentorship for the purpose of being a Kingdom influence in the marketplace. Before her tenure at Sinapis, Yvette held prominent roles at pharmaceutical giants AstraZeneca and GlaxoSmithKline. In 2014, she made a significant career shift by founding Ojay Greene, an agribusiness venture aimed at enhancing market access for smallholder farmers in Kenya and Uganda. Through Ojay Greene, she has collaborated with over 3,000 farmers, providing them with high-quality seeds, agronomic support, and direct market linkages to urban retailers, thereby improving their livelihoods. Yvette’s work has garnered attention from international development agencies such as USAID, GIZ, SNV, and World Vision. She is also a sought-after speaker, sharing insights on entrepreneurship and social impact across various platforms. Her academic background includes studies at Strathmore Business School, and she is recognized for her commitment to fostering ethical leadership and sustainable development in Africa.
