Find Your Calm
I don't know about you, but I've been feeling down lately. This is week #9 of social isolation and I feel like I'm sitting in a never ending meditation. There is so much uncertainty around me, yet I still am able to find calm and joy each day. If you are feeling unmotivated, this episode will guide you through a practice to help you reconnect to yourself and foster some much needed motivation.
