Inquiry

This episode I focus on how the thoughts we think, and the stories we tell ourselves especially the ones with emotions attached, create our reality. These stories and beliefs form our subconscious programming and how we view and operate in the world. A big part of my work with clients is identifying these beliefs within the subconscious and rewriting them to get a different outcome. Another part of my work is identifying collective beliefs that have taken hold, questioning their validity, and working to start to shift the collective story. In this episode I focus on the collective story of birth that we tell. One that is full of fear, lack of belief in the female body, and one that believes birth is a medical event that needs to be managed and everything goes wrong. Whether you are pregnant, trying, already a mom or never want to be one this episode has so many good nuggets of wisdom to help change your life!

Postpartum

This episode is about postpartum, the raw experience, with a focus on reconnecting back to our beautiful bodies. After 9 months of watching our bodies grow with awe, baby comes and so many women disconnect from their bodies. It can feel impossible to love and accept and connect to this new body and instead, thanks to society we have such a pressure to try to get “back” to the body we had before baby. So this one is for my mommas, may we all find a way to reconnect to these magical bodies again. May we all find radical acceptance and full blown reverence and love for these bodies, and may we STOP encouraging anyone to go back to their maiden, pre baby body, and instead start wearing our mother bodies with pride and make that the new normal.

Home Birth

This week’s episode is all about why I chose to Homebirth and is probably one of a few episodes on this topic but this gives a great overview of things to consider when choosing where to birth! This episode is also for all women in recognizing and understanding the power that lies within us as women and knowing our worth simply because we breathe. So even if you are done having kids, never having kids, or know for sure you would not homebirth, this episode holds so much value for all of us!

Regenerate

This episode is all about the concept of regeneration. According to Merriam-Webster Regenerate means 1.) formed or created again 2.) restored to a higher or better state Regeneration is the act of being regenerated. It is my greatest hope for all women that we may be regenerated. Regenerated beyond: 🤍the societal and cultural beliefs and expectations 🤍any experience in our life that left us disconnected or at war with our selves and our bodies 🤍anything that made us believe we are broken, too much, or not enough 🤍anything that left us disconnected from our intuition and trusting ourselves 🤍the depletion state so many new moms feel AND regenerated in our new roles as mothers. So we can meet the newest expansion of ourselves and thrive in our life, our bodies, and motherhood. I want to support all mamas in getting to know and love this new version of you. Too many women feel like they aren’t themselves, like they have lost themselves in motherhood. While it is true, we do los
