As CEO, she led the WSL in becoming the first sports league to offer equal prize money to men and women. Kelli Masters is the Founder and President of KMM Sports, a full-service sports management company with offices in New York, Los Angeles and her hometown of Oklahoma City. In 2010, she made history as the first woman to represent a first round pick in the NFL Draft. She's represented more professional athletes than any woman in industry, serving as an agent/contract advisor since 2006. Kelli is also a former National and World Champion baton twirler and was Miss Oklahoma 1997. Stacey Allaster is the Chief Executive Officer of the USTA. Previously, she was the Chairman and CEO of the Women's Tennis Association. She lives in St. Petersburg, Florida with her husband John and their children, who were adopted from Siberia.
