While we know that we are “supposed” to stay positive and maintain a high vibration in order to attract positive things to us, none the less, life sometimes gets in the way and we find ourselves spiralling downwards into a depression or a state of anxiety or panic. In this episode I give you some ways to pull yourself out of a negative spiral, reset your energy state, and move yourself back into balance. I also give you some tips for managing sleepless nights. One tip is just to leverage your waking state as a time to practice looking through your third eye and explore your psychic vision since the veil thins in the in the middle of the night.
