In this reading we cover the client's connection to Mu and Atlantis with respect to her affinity for crystals. Crystals can be used for a variety of energetic and healing means. Frequency & Vibration. What is it, how to raise it?

Energetically speaking, your vibration is the state of being you're currently in. If you're constantly in a certain state then that dictates the frequency you're in. For example, someone that is constantly focused on doom and gloom and tends to view life negatively is in a denser or "lower" frequency. If you think of frequency as a radio station channel, then your vibration is how clear that channel is that you're tuning into. That negative person might decide one day that they're tired of being in a negative frame of mind and want a better life. Incremental decisions they make every day such as turning off the news and MSM, responding with kindness instead of reacting on impulse, and ignoring gossiping friends will eventually lead to habits. Those habits eventually lead to a new lifestyle, or a new radio station channel they can now tune into clearly without static interference. Raising your vibration is choosing to release those heavy burdens and thought forms that hold you down like a weighted balloon. We are all naturally helium balloons whose vibrations are naturally high. Life tends to weigh our balloons down. If you want to raise your vibration then cut that weight. Implanted Memories

Within 2 months of conducting readings for others the Records told me about implanted memories. During that 2 month timespan I'd seen a plethora of lives clients lived, not knowing they weren't their soul's true lived experiences. Implanted memories are chosen by us to serve us in whatever capacity we need it in the life, whether that be to steer us into a certain career path or overcome a situational life challenge. Realms of Creation

The soul can experience and incarnate into an infinite number of realms. After all, the soul fractals from Source to experience (that is it and that is all). The various realms of creation weren't shown to me immediately. Over time through conducting readings for hundreds of clients, I eventually was shown more realms little by little and question by question. I've compiled a diagram illustrating the primary creation realms from a bird's eye view. This is, by no means, the only interpretation of creation there is since we all view life from our unique vantage points and perspectives.
