She also served at Jones College as Athletic Director and HPR Chair.  We had a great conversation about getting something from your former coaches but developing your own coaching style, leading by example, and how Christian players and coaches can change the culture of a college campus.

Coach Bilderback coached Presbyterian Christian to six MAIS State Championship before coming to Jones were she has taken the Bobcat's program to four consecutive NJCAA National Tournament appearances, four consecutive division championships, three conference titles, and four straight Region XXIII championships.
