Today our guest is Jake Sapp who worked as a cop in Kansas City for fifteen years before leaving it all behind for a civilian job. The problem is that he didn't leave it all behind; the damage done by bad leadership left it's mark in Jake, and that followed him to the next career. Today we're going to talk about how a cop stays healthy emotionally when his dreams are dashed, his career is ended, but the bitterness remains against bad leaders.
