Today I read a piece I saw shared on social media -- written by Taylor Rose Godfrey, a piece inspired by Oriah Mountain Dreamer's "The Invitation."  We're at a place in time where many people -- especially in the spiritual communities -- are seeking to transcend the most Divine assignment of all: the art of being human. This is my perspective, inspired by this shared piece. I empower you to reflect on where -- in your ordinary human-ness -- you can find the sacred; where you can find deep reverence for life itself. So here we are — the first episode of a brand new adventure. I’m super excited to share The Sweet Slow with you as it unfolds beneath me (and us!); this is a place for the sacred, contemplation, poetry, intentional slow-down, deep reverence for life itself.. and whatever else wants to come through. In this episode, I’m recording live from a giant rock in the middle of a fairy-vibe forest. It’s a little messy and imperfect & we’re leaving it that way.
