Beschreibung

We can always count on the breath. Our first breath is how we enter this world and our lives, and our last breath is how we leave it. Oh wow, that was deep - but it's also totally true. Your breath only exists here in the present, and therefore it has the ability to bring us back to the present again and again. It's an amazing tool and it's a free tool - there for you to use at any time. So here is a 5 min practice - for those times you only have 5 minutes to practice, or you only want to meditate for 5 minutes. For those times you want a pause, a refresh, a "hitting the reset" button. You will need 5 minutes of your sweet, precious day, somewhere to be for those 5 minutes and of course your amazing self Try it out and see how it feels! Xx Ama

Episode Water Meditation Cover

Water Meditation

A 19 minute journey using the water element as a guide and inspiration to come into stillness and clarity, exploring and connecting to ourselves. In Chinese Medicine the water element is connected to our deepest self, our energy and vitality, creativity and intuition. In the depths of winter we find the water at it's strongest, however supporting our water through any season allows us to preserve and fuel our energy, maintain joy and wonder in our lives and stay in touch with the deeper parts of ourselves. If you find this a little "woo-woo", know that in this scenario we are using the water as an inspiration, drawing on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to bring this meditation together. You will only need yourself, 19 minutes and somewhere to sit where you feel good. Try it and see how you feel, Xx Ama
