CQ01: What do we want to achieve with CelsiusQ?

I guess the best way to answer this question is by explaining what the letter ‘Q’ stands for in CelsiusQ. ‘Q’ stands mostly for ‘questions’ and ‘quorum’—two terms that perfectly express my thinking behind CelsiusQ.
