Rachel chats with TBI survivor and author Cody Ridenour and his wife Livia. They talk about his book, 5 Stories Down. They also touch on current physical & mental struggles and how he deals with them, as well as religion, marriage and parenting.

Rachel gives some updates on her life this summer, including a vacation she took with family, and things that have worked well for her recovery like acupuncture and a shift in mindset. Rachel also touches on her experience of parenting through her recovery.
