Ep 2 Emotional Pain

On this EP I’m candid, raw and talk about emotional pain. If you are not in a space to hear about that and some of its heaviness, I invite you to listen at a later time.  I decided not to edit a lot of this recording just to showcase that a podcast doesn’t have to be so well done and perfect. I can lose my train of thought or change topic and cry and breathe loudly, change my tone of voice and not make sense. This is my flow.
