Meditations for Inner Peace
This week is done. Whatever it held — it's at the door now. For the next ten minutes, you belong to something quieter. This guided meditation takes you to the edge of water at dusk — a place where the tide moves without being told, where things unfold without a plan. It's an invitation to loosen, just slightly, the grip on outcomes you can't yet see. There are things in your life that haven't announced themselves yet. This practice won't resolve them. But it might make the not-knowing feel a little lighter. Find somewhere comfortable, press play, and let the tide do its work.
