InSight Out
Gen Z is reportedly pulling back from the gym, not because of the workouts, but because of the cameras. Between people filming routines, instructors posting content, and the fear of ending up online as someone else’s “gym fail,” working out can start to feel less private than it should. It is easy to laugh, but the concern makes sense. We live in a world where almost anything can become content. Scripture (NIV): 1 Thessalonians 4:11 — “Make it your ambition to lead a quiet life...” Reflection Questions: Where do you feel most aware of being watched or judged? How can we create more grace-filled spaces for people who are trying to grow? 👉 Join the conversation on the IOM FB Page: We'd love to hear your thoughts.
