We are moving into the fall here in the south and it can be some of the hardest months for people to stay on track with their fitness goals. I have often found my self over indulging and setting myself back many times before and then kicking myself for not utilizing those months to get closer to my goals. On this week's episode, I give you some of my tips to help enjoy the cozy "ber" months with family time and holiday meals without creating a snowball of unhealthy habits and over indulging.
