Beschreibung

What happens when you step into a group not knowing what to expect — and end up feeling more seen than you have in years? In this episode, I’m joined by Lin and Annabelle — two women who joined The Liberation Journey, and found unexpected depth, truth, and intimacy. We talk about: - the power of slowing down - how connection builds through presence, not pressure - what safety really means in a group setting - and why this kind of space brings out something real that’s hard to find elsewhere. This one is soft, surprising, and full of the kind of honesty that doesn't shout, but hums quietly through the body. If you’ve ever longed to feel more yourself around others — have a listen. . 🔗 Stay Connected: You can follow my journey and explore more about intimacy and sexuality at www.intimate-breath.com [https://www.intimate-breath.com] or on Instagram [http://instagram.com/intimatebreath] and Facebook [https://www.facebook.com/IntimateBreath]: @intimatebreath. Episode Letting Life Do You (and… who’s your daddy) Cover

Letting Life Do You (and… who’s your daddy)

On control, trust, and staying in relationship What if life isn’t something to control… but something you’re in relationship with? In this solo episode, I explore what it means to let life do you. Not just in the moments that feel good, but also when things are messy, uncomfortable, or out of your control. We move beyond sensual awareness and into something deeper: How do you stay in contact with yourself when life doesn’t feel like a choice? I weave together perspectives from embodiment, conscious relating, and kink, including the idea of consensual non-consent, to explore how we relate to intensity, trust, and the unknown. It is not about bypassing, forcing positivity, or enjoying suffering. It’s about staying present, taking responsibility where you can, and experimenting with trust where you can’t. In this episode, I touch on: – staying in relationship with life (instead of fixing or resisting)– intensity and edges– the patterns we unconsciously return to– trust, surrender, and the question: can I stay open even when I don’t understand?– translating relational and sexual agreements into how we move through life You’ll hear a different take on surrender. Not as something passive, but something deeply relational. Episode Hierarchy with Incense - When ‘Conscious’ Spaces Don’t Feel Safe Cover

Hierarchy with Incense - When ‘Conscious’ Spaces Don’t Feel Safe

What happens when 'conscious' or spiritual language becomes a shield? In this solo episode, I explore a subtle dynamic I’ve seen again and again in intimacy-oriented, embodiment, and spiritual communities: what I call spiritual hierarchy. It's the moment when intuition, inner experience, or emotional fluency starts being used to override someone else’s reality. This episode is for those who are inside these spaces… and also for those who have stayed away from them, stepped out, or felt disappointed - precisely because something didn’t feel right, even when the language sounded beautiful. We talk about how empathic people can easily end up doubting themselves in these environments, how vulnerability can be met with care or quietly turned into a tool for power, and why inner experience is meaningful… but not automatically authority. This is not about cynicism or diagnosing others. It’s about discernment. It’s about mutuality. And it’s about staying connected to your own signals, especially in spaces that speak the language of healing. I also share parts of my own journey from naive compassion to wiser empathy: empathy with boundaries, with choice, and with self-trust. If you’ve ever felt confused after a “conscious” conversation, or wondered whether your discomfort was actually intelligence… this one is for you. 📢 We’d Love to Hear from you! Episode Feeling Myself Among Others — Justyna’s Story Cover

Feeling Myself Among Others — Justyna’s Story

What if safety isn’t about being alone in nature, but about feeling yourself even among others? In this episode, Justyna shares her experience of The Liberation Journey — finding a deep sense of joy, pleasure, and ease while surrounded by people. We talk about what it means to: * stay connected to yourself while in a group * feel your impact and importance among others * experience safety and pleasure through subtle touch and shared aliveness * and bring that awareness into everyday life — not just the workshop space. Justyna’s story is full of tender courage, rebellion, and intuitive truth. She speaks about following her body’s yes, trusting her intuition over logic, and experimenting with honesty and intimacy — both inside and outside the workshop field. If you’ve ever longed to feel more yourself in connection, this one will touch you deeply. . Episode Getting Comfortable with the Yes – with Kris Cover

Getting Comfortable with the Yes – with Kris

Kris said he wasn’t even in chapter one yet — still writing the prologue. He hadn’t had a sexual relationship before joining the Liberation Journey. Intimacy felt scary. But something in him still said yes. This conversation is about what that opened in him — and what it didn’t. It’s not about “finally arriving” or having it all figured out. It’s about the quiet, ongoing work of letting yourself want more, even when it feels too late or too far away. We speak about fear, loneliness, longing, and what happens when you dare to be seen just a little bit more than before. About the tension between protecting yourself and saying Yes to life. At its core, this is an episode about readiness — and how sometimes, you’re never truly ready, but you show up anyway.
