In every learning experience, there are participants and facilitators, speakers and listeners, lecturers and their audience, Rabbis/Rebbetzens and their congregants. How do we help our audience become owners over the learning experiences that we lead? What mechanisms can we as educators and Jewish leaders offer our audiences to enable them to capture their experiences and carry it forward beyond the experience to ensure it does not get lost?
