First things first --- Josh is asking if 1 pint of ice cream equals one serving (because he just ate half of a pint and wondered about keeping his girly figure (haha)! Let us know what you think! In this episode: a bit of exciting update on Ceko's big championship win; and, the DEATH of the Third Plyace. 1st place is your home. 2nd is your workplace. 3rd are the cafes, bookstores, bars, and neighborhood hangouts. Why are we letting ourselves live this way? Between streaming services, instas, snaps, reels and all the gross in betweens, is it time we move away from all these gadgets and party like its 1989 again? Among other humans, rub skin to skin, and smell each other's breath again? Should we force our kids and loved ones to live LIFE? We say, "Yes, please!"
