Dr. David Planchard is a thoracic oncologist and head of Thoracic Group at Gustave Roussy, where he is responsible for coordinating the care of patients with lung cancer, pleural mesothelioma and thymic tumors. He is also Chairman of the International Centre for Thoracic Cancers (CICT), a health cooperation consortium involving Gustave Roussy, Hôpital Marie-Lannelongue and Hôpital Paris Saint-Joseph.
