HEYYYY FRIENDS!!:) I'm back after fall break with tons of updates, as promised, and also some things that I wanted to be transparent about. The updates are long and very detailed so if you're just wanting to hear the TEA, feel free to skip ahead in the epiii. I hope that by me being super open and honest it helps at least just one person feel like they aren't alone. Sometimes it's hard initially opening up, but this podcast is a safe space to have those hard convos every now and then. I'm not perfect, and no one is. It's okay to reflect and check in with yourself every now and then to see what things you may be struggling with atm. HEYYYYYYY FRIENDSSSS!! Back with another episode full of LOTS of life updates from the past two weeks and also a lighthearted convo about the power of conversation. It's so easy to get caught up in life without really listening or engaging, and forgetting to call those you don't see often enough. Its so easy to interrupt people, but it's hard to just sit back and let them finish.
