For this episode we brought in an expert: Megan Luscombe has specialised in relationship and business coaching, working with individuals and couples, for the past 12 years. We put three different scenarios (from you) to Megan and asked for her advice: I love him but I’m not in love with him anymore I’m young and I’m scared I’m missing out on my 20’s by being in a relationship He said he wanted two kids and he changed his mind after we had one.  And then we asked the most common questions that came up: am I a bad person for thinking about my ex while I’m in a relationship with someone else? Birth story, prolapse & baby Parker - KICBUMP with Brooke Jowett

Brooke Jowett is a Kic trainer and an Australian Survivor All Star. Six months ago she and her partner Chris welcomed their first bub, Parker, into the world and it’s safe to say they’re obsessed. As a trainer, "the Kic HIIT girl", and a keen runner, Brooke ran until she was 26 weeks pregnant when it stopped feeling right for her body. Now she’s back running, taking it one run at a time. Brooke joins Steph to share about her birth story, her bladder prolapse, her gradual return to running, running with a pessary, and the joy that Parker has brought into her life. Only 20% of women invest. Here’s why you shouldn’t be scared of it, with Girls That Invest founder Simran Kaur

Simran Kaur’s mission is to put money into the hands of women through investing. Most of us haven’t been taught about investing. If you haven’t, you might think it’s too hard, or too risky, or our parents told us to save our money so that’s what we’ve always done. This means that only 15-20% of women invest worldwide and in Australia only 42% of women invest compared to 58% of men, citing affordability as their main barrier to investing (according to ASX Australian Investor Study). Simran is here to change that. She is the founder of Girls That Invest: a multi-million-dollar money media company with the #1 investing podcast for women where she breaks down the intimating world of investing and growing wealth, minus the jargon.
