Our stories, resilience + strength deserve to be heard, respected + honored. 💔🗣️ We must stand together as allies, raising our voices against injustice + advocating for change. Tapping into the Best Version of Yourself

Get out of the mindset that people are better than you, that you can't reach their standard or status, that they're inherently above or better than you. Money, status, confidence, love, these are all attainable + rejecting yourself first from your ideal lifestyle/relationship/self-concept will keep you settling for crumbs. All the greats surpass their own standards and don't concern themselves with conforming to someone else's benchmark. You can't believe you deserve the best if you can't even imagine your proximity to the best. Believe in an abundance mindset, believe in your efforts, believe you are limitless, believe you are worthy. Believe you have a seat at the table and that any standard that rejects your best effort is a redirection to a better seat, or a better table.

The Burden of Motherhood

I've always believed that only women can heal other women. Bell Hooks, who is one of my favorite authors, said “rarely, if ever, are any of us healed in isolation. Healing is an act of communion.” This is just another love note empowering girls, women and mothers to heal and take control of their lives + wombs. When women heal themselves, they heal their mothers, their grandmothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, daughters, sons, friends, and ultimately, anyone they are connected with. We have exhausted the baby mama lifestyle y'all. There is no judgment here in anything I'm about to say because I am speaking to myself first and foremost, as a fellow baby mama. I'll say as I always have, I am not my sister's keeper I am my sister, Period. We are no different from each other. I say this with love + compassion + care + concern. That's my disclaimer.

I hate to break it to you but that I'm tired today I'll do it tomorrow energy is not going to value the life of your dreams.

Bring Back Shame

The girls are not ashamed anymore and it's our fault. We're overexposed, over sexualized, all in the name of what? Female liberation? What do you get out of that?
