Beschreibung

PCOS is an acronym for Polycystic Ovary Syndrome. It’s PCOS awareness month and in this special episode, the host June explains everything you need to know about PCOS. There’s no cure for now but it can be managed. PCOS is not an infection, PCOS is not a virus. Try your best not to comment on people’s weight because you don’t know the battles that they’re fighting. Ohhhh there’s also a bright side of PCOS, if you’ve been diagnosed with PCOS, there’s something you have that others don’t. Cheers to you, we love you and we will keep spreading awareness.

Episode Life after NYSC- The struggles, lessons and missed opportunities. Cover

Life after NYSC- The struggles, lessons and missed opportunities.

Life after NYSC can feel like standing at a crossroads with no clear signpost. In this episode, we dive into the raw and unfiltered realities of life after the service year ,from the unexpected struggles of job hunting and the pressure to “figure it all out,” to the valuable life lessons my guest learnt along the way. We’ll also talk about the missed opportunities, the “what ifs,” and the silent battles no one prepares you for. Whether you’ve passed through NYSC or you’re currently serving, this conversation will help you feel seen, motivated, and a little more prepared for what comes next. Grab your earphones, it’s about to get real. This episode is going to help you feel better if you’re going through this phase because my guest shared her experience of life after NYSC, what she would have done differently if she knew better, it was raw truth.
