I’m not a therapist, doctor, or expert. I’m just a mom who got tired of feeling stuck. In this episode, I share what I’ve learned over the last six months about the nervous system, neural pathways, mindfulness, acceptance, and why healing is a lot messier than I expected. Some days I feel like I’m making incredible progress. Other days I feel completely lost. But maybe that’s part of the process.
