Mike and I spent some time in martial arts together at Iowa State University under the direction of GrandMaster Yong Chin Pak. We also met in a few tournaments either as middle weight or heavy weight competitors. Mike, being in ROTC in Ames, went on the have a successful career in the Navy, which led to what he does today.

Mandy Payne

Mandy placed in the Top 5 in the National Challenge.  She lost 40 pounds of total weight by gained much muscle. Her total body fat went from 42.9% to 19.7%! Her 1 minute push-ups went up 34 and sit-ups up 25. She also lost a total of 38 inches!
