Motherhood is beautiful. It’s fulfilling. It’s life-changing. And sometimes? It’s also lonely, overstimulating, identity-shifting, and really freaking hard. In this episode, I’m talking about the parts of motherhood we don’t always say out loud, losing pieces of yourself, trying to be everything for everyone, mom guilt, choosing yourself without feeling selfish, and figuring out who you are outside of “mom.” If you’ve ever loved your kids with your whole heart while still quietly wondering where you went… this one’s for you.
