As I discovered, yet again this past week, big change does not always begin with a big, dramatic decision. More often, it begins in the smallest moments: drinking water before soda, taking a ten-minute walk, putting your phone down while you eat, or asking yourself a hard question, then answering truthfully. In this episode, I’m sharing simple physical and mental shifts that can create a surprisingly meaningful impact over time. You do not need to overhaul your whole life. You may just need one small change that feels appealing, possible, and worth doing to take care of yourself.
