Do a little self digging and get in tune with your mind/body/soul connection. Life is short, so let's live it up for real. Find the joy and beauty in all the small moments that can start to seem mundane in the day to day. Cooking dinner, showering, doing your skincare. Making routines and rituals throughout your day make it feel more productive and structured! I am obsessed with habit stacking, especially with the things that don't excite me but must be done (cleaning). Life is expensive these days! We need to stick together and share the small simple and affordable ways to still make our lives feel luxurious and full.
