Illinois Department of Sound is an improvised music duo featuring markobarloco and Joe Wallace. Living and working in central Illinois, IDos creates sonic landscapes, mental journeys, zen-like experiences, and loud overexcited peaks of sonic joy. We are interested in improvised music, space exploration, joyful adventures in sound, and most importantly, creative collaborations with like-minded sonic travelers.
