It took about a year, but I am back to uploading episodes and wanted to share my word of the year, thoughts going into the new year and some little life updates. 2023 is going to be a year for truth.

fuel your fire

On this episode I got to have my sweet friend Jess on the phone sharing advice about how to grow from the past and lean into your faith through the process. Getting to the place you've been working towards and praying for can be a process especially carrying the weight of the past. We got to talk about the past and how to use the past to fuel your fire and keep growing. We also get to talk about some amazing relationship advice and the process of healing going into a new relationship.

Got to sit down with my sweet friend Brooklynn and discuss our beliefs and how we get to learn and grow off one another. We talk about our experiences in our spiritual lives and how it looks different for us. We all have different experiences and journeys that bring us to where we are and where we are going in our beliefs, it’s awesome getting to learn more about different ways of life and learning to love others better.

Life has been hitting hard these past couple of weeks. Its hard entering a season of struggle when you feel as though you have just fought your way through the last difficult season and just got back to a better place.

love yourself

Being able to fully love yourself wherever you are in life, single, dating, engaged, or married is huge. In this episode I'm talking about how realizing that by not loving myself I was not allowing the right people into my life to love me. its not selfish to love yourself as being right with yourself helps every relationship you have in you life.
