Today I’m going to share the prayer that has changed my life. It’s an ancient prayer perfected by St. Ignatius of Loyola. It’s called the Examen Prayer, not to be confused with the Examination of Conscience. I hope you enjoy this and practice it! Happy Easter! In this episode, I share a little bit about Easter and when it ends officially because most people don’t know this. I also talk a little bit about Divine Mercy Sunday, which is the second Sunday of Easter and how that was instituted.
