HAPPY 2024 !!! Can’t believe it’s already a new year. Fastest. Year. Ever. In this weeks episode, I go over what my past year consisted of. MAD WOMAN

I think Taylor Swift said it best when “No one likes a mad woman, what a shame she went mad”. And guess what I’ve been lately?? A mad woman. Or I guess just someone who has been more irritable than not. I talk about this side effect of my medication and how I am consistently trying to overcome it. But thank goodness we’re all irritable together!! I get to read off the things that make us a little angry and then get to walk through the steps that I’ve tried over the last month.
