Most of us, young people, we feel somewhat loss at time when we reach adulthood and start having responsibility. we tend to feel behind in life or just carefree of the future.  behind at the extreme of the two can be dangerous: in 1 you can find yourself paralyzed, highly stressed and very unproductive, in the latter you can find yourself make stupid decision you might later regret. So, in this episode I attack the first state which is feeling stuck, behind and scared. I talked about practical techniques or system I use to help me be conscious of my situation and stop feeling helpless about my life. these systems help me shift my mentality, the way I view myself and do things in life.
