Maternal Mental Health Awareness Week provides an opportunity to highlight the importance of women accessing support for their mental health during pregnancy and in the year after giving birth. We spoke to one of our public health midwives, Carla who encourages pregnant people to talk to their midwife if they're experiencing any mental health issues.
