Most unhealthy behaviors begin as a fun/recreational activity that displaces other priorities in our life. These behaviors are known as "process addiction." Men who monitor behavior and have guard rails to hold them accountable for healthy behavior are effective at avoiding addiction. In this episode, Miles and Redlight discuss practical steps to addressing the following questions: What are some typical processes that men get caught up in? How do I know if I have a problem?
