Victor Hou was born and spent part of his childhood in Asia before coming to the US with his family. Events in High School and college led him to faith in Christ and began to shape his vision for reaching the world with the Gospel. He spent a number of years in the business world before eventually moving overseas and using his gifts to reach people. Now, he serves as the Associate Vice President for Global Advance at the International Mission Board guiding urban strategies, refugee networks, global health and orality strategies. Dr. Muhammed D (not his real name) was born and raised in North Africa in a Muslim household. Through his years of schooling, he began to learn more and more about the Bible and more importantly the Jesus of the Bible. A transformational moment in his life came when he received a Bible from a missionary and he began to read the book of Luke, specifically Luke 7. That story began a change in his life that put him on the path of Christ. Today, he leads an organization that goes “from the Arab world, to the Arab world” with the message of Jesus, and uses art, media and music to spread the Good News!
