2023 Spring Final Review

In class review for our 2023 spring final covering chapters 4, 7, 8, 11 and 14. Mainly, I reviewed old tests and explained concepts as we went through. Can't Please Everybody

Fear of failure, more specifically the fear of rejection can be crippling. Getting rejected can be crippling. It can set you back so you get out routine and spiral in depression. My experience has taught me ways to approach this fear and minimize it. I hope the following helps you change for the better if you choose to do so!  A few weeks ago I put out a questionnaire on instagram asking for topic ideas. Introduction to Dreams

This discussion is followed by the Introduction to Dreams lecture. I explain what dreams are and the theories for why we dream. I also share my own "connect the dots" practice for interpretation.
