Nick and Katie chat about tribal sovereignty among the First Nations in the Pacific Northwest. This includes alternative issues to the Fish Wars, religious practices in the PNW, education, the Indian Child Welfare Act, and other things.

Episode 2: Task 2A

Dr. Harrington, Dr. Told-Shulz and Dr. Leep talk about a task. This includes, but is not limited to: Effects of Treaties and Wars, the dramatic change in social relations, boarding schools, soverengty, lost traditions, the different way nature has been conceptualized, the 1867 Indian Peace Commission, drink, and being subject to US instead of indigenous laws in the PNW.
